meteorologist kari hall has a look at what we can expect and where the latest round of rain is right now. >> we have new waves of rain coming in, and eventually we'll start to see more of the impacts. we've also gotten video from the east bay as that rain moves into pleasant hill. so we've seen the downpours returning, it's causing puddles out there as you're trying to head out. we are going to continue to see more of this as we go into the next few hours. a look at storm ranger also showing some pockets of heavier rain moving through. it's really been pouring around the oakland area. we've seen it picking up there within the past few minutes. and we've seen rainfall rates at over 1/2 inch of rain per hour in some spots. so it's going to, once again, start to cause more street flooding, as well as the possibility of all of the issues that we've seen recently, and there's some heavy rain that's developed over the santa cruz mountains that's moving into san jose and heading, once again, over toward the south county area. and we'll see this coming in waves, off and on, and as we mention
